Category B is divided into six grades designated B.6 to B.1. It covers the posts held by qualified technical, clerical and administrative staff.
For these posts, secondary education and, if required, additional qualifications are necessary. Professional experience of several years in the same kind of functions is required. Candidates must have a good knowledge of one of the two official languages (English or French) together with a working knowledge of the second.
