Former NATO Military Committee Chairman
launches
SHAPE Lecture Serie
SHAPE, Belgium -- The Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe launched the inaugural event for its new SHAPE Lecture Series today.
Retired German Army Gen. Klaus Naumann, former Chief of Defence and former NATO Military Committee Chairman, highlighted the event with a speech entitled “NATO: Does it Have a Future?”
The series, inspired by U.S. Marine Corps Gen. James L. Jones, Supreme Allied Commander Europe, is intended to inform opinion-makers, academics and influential leaders on the role of NATO in the changing world security environment.
