Virtual Silk Highway

The NATO Science for Peace and Security
Programme has equipped each of the countries that participate in the Virtual Silk Highway project and other countries of the Caucasus and Central Asia with videoconferencing capabilities. The objective is to enable scientists in these countries to communicate through the network of videoconferencing facilities established by NATO throughout the Virtual Silk Highway, in order to improve the level of research and education and to open a gateway for knowledge transfer and international cooperation.
