He also speaks about the upcoming 10th year anniversary of the NATO-Ukraine Charter, which will be celebrated in July this year, as well as the main challenges and priorities for NATO Public Diplomacy in Ukraine 2007. Mr. Duray has been running the centre for the last five years. The Centre was established in May 1997.
