What was the most challenging for you in your function as Secretary General? 1118Kb
NATO has gone out of area, to Afghanistan. Will the next step be to engage in pre-emptive operations taking the Alliance beyond what is stipulated in the North Atlantic Treaty, that is to say a purely defensive organisation? 1228Kb
