On 11 August NATO is due to take over command of the International
Security and Assistance Force (ISAF) in Kabul, Afghanistan. This will
be NATO's first ever mission outside Europe in its 54-year history. In
this video interview Lord Robertson, NATO Secretary General, talks about
whether the ISAF mission will change after NATO takes over, why NATO
is taking over and the implications of this change for Afghanistan.
