Last meeting for Vice Admiral Fages Vice Admiral Malcom Fages, USNA, Deputy Chairman of NATO’s Military Committee, receiving The Russian Ministry of Defence Medal “For strengthening military brotherhood” from Vice Admiral Valentin Kuznetsov, the Russian Military Representative to NATO On Tuesday, 23 March, 2004, Vice Admiral Fages chaired his last NATO- Russia Council - Military Representatives Meeting before leaving his post as Deputy Chairman of NATO’s Military Committee. Vice Admiral Kuznetsov, Russian Senior Military Representative to NATO, took the opportunity to award Vice Admiral Fages with The Russian Ministry of Defence Medal “For strengthening military brotherhood”. Vice Admiral Fages is the first NATO military official to receive such an honour from the Russian Ministry of Defence.
