    NATO's military Public Affairs policy
    The Military Committee has agreed a new progressive Public Affairs policy, designed to assist military Public Affairs staff support Commanders in their efforts to explain NATO’s military aims and objectives. This policy draws on experiences and lessons learned from all of NATO's operations and missions.

    14 July 2008 - Antalya, Turkey 6-8 July 2008 – Admiral Di Paola addressed two different events in Antalya, the first being the 2nd Balkan CHODs Conference, and the second being the Silk Road  Seminar 08.

    New Chairman of the NATO Military Committee

    27 June 2008 - Admiral Giampaolo Di Paola, former Chief of the Italian Defense Staff, assumed today the position of Chairman of the NATO Military Committee – NATO’s top military officer – from outgoing Canadian Gen. Ray Henault, who will return to Canada to retire after three years as the Chairman and 40 years of military service.

    18 June 2008 - Canadian General Ray Henault, Chairman of the Military Committee, visited the NATO Joint Force Training Centre (JFTC) in Bydgoszcz, Poland on 6 June 2008, where he and the 26 Military Representatives from the Military Committee were given the opportunity to meet the Director, Major-General Anger Rokos and see how the centre is enahcing its support to NATO operations.
