Harald Kujat, Chairman of NATO’s Military Committee visits Slovenia
from 17-18 November 2003
General Harald Kujat, Chairman of the Military Committee, NATO’s highest military authority, will visit Ljubljana, Slovenia from 17-18 November 2003. General Kujat will be hosted by Major General Ladislav Lipic, Chief of Staff of the Slovenian Armed Forces. General Kujat will call on His Excellency the President of the Republic of Slovenia, Dr. Janez Drnovšek. He will also meet with Dr. Anton Grizold, Minister of Defence, Mr. Samual bogar, State Secretary for Multinational Relations, Mr. Rudolf Petan, President of the Parliamentary Committee on Defence, and the German Ambassador to Slovenia, His Excellency Mr. Hans Jochen Peters. Slovenia is one of the seven Partner countries invited to join NATO as full members. During his visit, General Kujat will be discussing matters of common military interest.
