NATO's highest military authority holds meetings at NATO Headquarters
The following meetings will take place:
1. The 140th meeting of the Military Committee in Chiefs of Staff Session
on Wednesday 8 November at 0930 hours in Room 16.
2. The 7th meeting of the Military Committee in Chiefs of Staff Session
with Ukraine on Wednesday 8 November at 1415 hours in Room 16.
3. The 7th Euro-Atlantic Partnership Military Committee meeting in Chiefs
of Staff Session on Thursday 9 November at 0930 hours in Room 16.
4. The 6th meeting of the Permanent Joint Council in Chiefs of Staff
Session on Wednesday 9 November at 1400 hours in Rooms 3 and 4.
Items discussed at these meetings will include the ongoing situation
in the Balkans, the European Security and Defence Identity and Partnership
for Peace training and exercises.

Conference
The Chairman of the Military Committee, Admiral Guido Venturoni, will
debrief on all meetings during a press conference on Friday 10 November
at 1045 hours in the Pearson Room, NATIP. All accredited journalists are
invited to attend.

Opening of the meeting of the Permanent Joint Council in Chiefs of Staff
Session. (Sqn Ldr Sylvia Darby will meet media pool in NATIP press area
at 1330 hours).
Accreditation
Journalists wishing to cover the meetings will be allowed into the NATO
premises on presentation of a NATO accreditation pass or a valid press
pass.
