NATO's Military Committee in Chiefs of Staff Session meets with the Chief of the Russian Federation Armed Forces General Staff (PJC/CS) Date and Place The Military Committee in Chiefs of Staff Session, NATO's senior military authority, will hold a meeting with the Chief of the Russian Federation Armed Forces General Staff on 25 November 1998 at NATO Headquarters.
