New Chairman Elected Today the Military Committee, the highest military authority of NATO, elected Admiral Guido VENTURONI, Italian Navy as its new Chairman. Admiral Venturoni will succeed the present Chairman, General Klaus Naumann, after the Washington Summit in April 1999.
