NATO's Military Committee in Chiefs of Staff Session Meets with the Chief of the Russian Federation Armed Forces General Staff (PJC-MR/CS) Date and Place The Military Committee in Chiefs of Staff Session, NATO's senior military authority, will hold a meeting with the Chief of the Russian Federation Armed Forces General Staff on 6 May 1998 at NATO Headquarters.
