NATO's Military Committee in Chiefs of Staff Session Meets with the Chief of the Russian Federation Armed Forces General Staff (PJMC/CS) Date and Place The Military Committee in Chiefs of Staff Session, NATO's senior military authority, will hold a meeting with the Chief of the Russian Federation Armed Forces General Staff on 4 December 1997 at NATO Headquarters. Accreditation Through NATO Information and Press. Accreditation for the Ministerial meetings on 2/3 December is also valid for 4 December 1997.
