Change of the Chairman of the Military Committee Field Marshal Sir Richard Vincent (United Kingdom) will complete his three-year appointment as Chairman of the NATO Military Committee on 14 February 1966. At a ceremony at NATO Headquarters, he will handover to his successor, General Klaus Naumann (German Army) and formally bid farewell to the Secretary General Mr. Javier Solana , the Members of the Military Committee, the Major NATO Commanders and the International Military Staff at the Main Entrance to the Headquarters' building.
